Personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is processed by us only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and services.

Pursuant to Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), "processing" means any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Data collected during your use of our website will be deleted or blocked once the purpose for storing it no longer applies, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Server Log Data

For technical reasons, your internet browser transmits data to us or our web hosting provider, including your browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and IP address. This data is stored temporarily, separate from other personal data, on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Contact Requests

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully answered, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Website Tracking

Our website currently does not use any tracking tools for website analytics.

Google Fonts (Locally Hosted)

This website uses typefaces from the Google Fonts service (provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The fonts (Playfair Display and Open Sans) are hosted exclusively on our own web server. No connection to Google's servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google. Your visit to this website is therefore fully compliant with the GDPR with regard to Google Fonts.
